went to m.d. today. wed dec 21,2011 7 p.m.

 well, b.f. came and got me today and took me to the m.d. it is the second time ive seen him. he is pretty cool. i think i like him not as much as old doc but nothing i can do about it. he called in my anti nausia stuff FINNALLY its crazy there sence its the 2 of them and a nurse practitioner there. it seens to stump the nurses/secratarys REAL BAD !!! ok, i weigh 213 now. so i havnt gained any weight back so far. havnt lost any moore eathier. but i did today go in room and put on the talking heads cd, and i marched in place for 2 songs, and they all have a fast beat, got up a good sweat, still feel kinda up, going to the store w/ sis at 8 just for the exsersise.  still dont know any thing about YOU KNOW WHAT  xmas. im so nervoius. im soooo broke, got no infor today of course. he is going to make me wait and sweat it aout. i realy hate that. i have NO PRESENTS AND MY ELECTRIC IS SO BEHIND, ALL THAT CRAP. this is not a good xmas for  me to get or give anything, but its one of the best because i can finnally walk right, lost weight, dont have a too bad limp, and i will be going back very soon home. so its very mixed this yr. but anyway. i am going to go and get ready so i can go to store w/ sis. ok, the end..............
