Well, I think I should write

I woke up this morning, reached for my glasses and knocked my phone off the night stand and the phone fell and shattered Blue's water glass next to the bed. 
I'm going for a sunrise walk soon. The sun comes up in about 40 minutes.

im drinking coffee in bed. I've got to just start the day!
