well...here goes :)

I am sorry if I seem to complain a lot. This is just me venting and expressing my way towards

a positive outlook. It helps to express things to regain a sense of composure, posture, perception what have you.

For some reason, I felt a total blank just a short while ago. I expressed it as maybe a fallout from anxiety.

I felt my world view wasn't my own - and I felt at a loss and in danger - vulnerable to life's ..what life is serving up.

I finally capitulated and said to myself "Ok I am an infant again, crawling and dragging myself upward and forward."

And that seems to be the truth that wakes me again. I have my job, I am going to meditation class..I am developing my life the way I am and can - and as Stephen Hawking said "Though disabled I am focusing on what I can do well in life and not lingering on the things I can't." (that's a paraphrase and it makes sense to me.)

So sending up gratitude to the almighty - and greatful for this day.

Have a good one all! About to go visit the Buddist Shrine!!

I agree that as disabled people we should focus on the things we CAN do and not the things we can't.
