Well here goes....
One of my main priorities for this year is to get pregnant. So I have decided to quit smoking completely. I know that smoking can only hurt my fertility (not to mention all the other health problems) My DH is getting a reversal Oct 10 and he insists that I am completely smoke free by then. I have been regularly smoking for 6 years--YIKES! That is a long time for a 26 yr old. I like to smoke on breaks at work, in my car, at night, you see the pattern. My stepkiddos hate it , my DH hates it, my parents hate it. I am praying for the strength to stop this harmful habit.

my pregnancy was not planned so they day i found out i just went cold turkey. my sister smoked while she was pregnant with my niece and she was born with serious respiratory problems and an oversized head because fluids couldn\'t drain properly and were making her head big. when she was two she had to have surgery on her lungs and head. just go cold turkey its easier than you think when you really think about the side effects for you and the baby. not to mention babies are expensive and so are cigarettes. GOOD LUCK im sure youll find the strength.
