I am sitting here in my home waiting to go to my brother's house up the coast.

After this trip to the monastery I realized a lot that I wrote about before. But

I realize now too that as I sit here I am kind of waiting for myself to get into 

action about my day. It's inspiring, I know I can do it.. It's just a flip in

perspective that's a galvanizing thought.
