Weird
This will be short as I overslept today ( that’s a first in ages). The whole night was just weird, strange dreams. Times when I knew I was awake but could not move or open my eyes. Has anyone evr have this happen?? Can’t say I enjoyed it !!! Then I had like weird, very realistic dreams just before I woke up. These dreams were so real that I actually had to get up and check on a few things before I knew they were part of a dream. This kind of freaks me out. I don’t normally have weird dreams or things like that. I sure hope that’s the last time too !!!!I have to run as I’m behind today. I will updated you on the house saga later. I\'ve have had those experiences of being asleep but it feels like I\'m awake and not able to open my eyes or move. It\'s a horrible feeling.

i have had this happen to me. night terrors..horrible they are.. i hope you get some rest tonight. i usually get them when i change meds.. are you changing meds?hugs ..love marie
I never sleep sound. I dream all night and I talk in my sleep, sometimes waking myself up because I hear myself talking. The only time I sleep sound is with drugs that I don\'t like to take. I read about it but don\'t remember what happens to us but I think it is we don\'t get to rem sleep, I could be wrong. Naomi xo
ive had night terrors as a child but havent scence...i do get bad tremors now in the face as well as legs and hand which wake me up alot while im asleep. do essential tremors get worse with age????
Dreams can be soooo real and un nerving Debbie, I can understand. In the early stages of my CFS I would wake up and wonder who was in bed with me cause I had dreamed someone else other than Bill was there. Talk about freakin\'.
Saw a sign on your house, good luck with that but I will miss seeing you tend those beautiful plants of yours. xo take care.
