Week 1
Total hairs (brows+lashes) pulled out: 24
I know this seems like a lot, but it's probably the smallest amount of hairs I have ever pulled out in a week!
Notes: I'm glad I started this journal. It's motivating me to limit my pulling and keeping track of it really does help. Here's hoping the number only decreases in the following week!
Day 1:
I pulled out five hairs today, which I consider to be quite an achievement. First I pulled out a right eyebrow hair when I was bored in class, and pulled out another one later because of a bit of stress in class. At home, I pulled out an eyelash from my left eye in the mirror which was bothering me because it was curved downwards. I also pulled out a right eyebrow hair in the mirror because of an urge. Finally, I pulled out a right eyebrow hair while reading in bed. I didn't even feel it: my hand was just roaming there from habit.
Day 2:
Only two hairs pulled out today! I spent the morning pulling at my right eyebrow (which was painful), but didn't pull anything out. Then I pulled out a right eyebrow hair while bored in class, and another when stressed.
Day 3:
I pulled out six hairs today. When doing my makeup in the morning, I painlessly pulled out a right eyebrow hair with my brush and two left eyelashes when passing my fingertips there. In class, I pulled out a right eyebrow hair but didn't really feel it. Then in the evening, I randomly pulled out yet another right eyebrow hair while passing by a mirror.
Day 4:
I only pulled out one hair today! It was from my left eyebrow, and I pulled it out at home because of an urge.
Day 5:
Three hairs pulled out today. I pulled out a right and a left eyebrow hair while bored in class, which I didn't really feel, then a left eyelash at home in the mirror.
Day 6:
I pulled out a total of four hairs today. At home in the mirror, I pulled out a left eyelash whose length was bothering me. In the car, I pulled out two right eyebrow hairs when my hand was roaming there. At the end if the day, I pulled out a right eyelash which was bent after I removed my makeup.
Day 7:
I finished this week with a total of three hairs pulled out. While I was working, I pulled out two right eyebrow hairs from a mixture of boredom and stress. In the evening while looking in the mirror, I pulled out a left eyelash from an extreme urge.

Good for you that you are keeping a journal, and that it is helping. Congrats on pulling less hairs. Being totally present, totally aware, goes a long way. Your journal is letting you know your triggers like boredom, stress etc.
One of the best things you are doing is writing it out in a journal.
Another thing to add is to make sure you're keeping a fidget ball nearby or your pencil/pen to push your fingers on to stop them from gravitating to the face.
Something to practice, simple gentle massage of the entire face to feel the sensations of how your face shares its changes in pressure due to anxiety. From what you've written, I think this might be of help in reducing some of the times you pull.
Best wishes, you're stronger than you realize!
