Wedding Anniversary

Today is our 37th wedding anniversary. My first one without my Vic. I bought 2 balloons & put post it messages of love to him on them. Released them into the sky & wished I was going up there to meet him too. I kept looking at the clock & thinking "37 years ago we were already married, & then oh its 2:00 we were at the bank (yep us & our bridal party all went to the bank to deposit some checks) we must have been a sight... I remember the tellers arguing among themselves wanting to be the one to help us lol. We were so young & naive & full of life & laughter! A little while ago I just noticed that the anniversary card he gave me last year is still propped up here on my computer table. I never put it away. I read it & just broke down. I hate this so much.. why couldn't we go together!!
