Weather

Every time there is a weather change my body is the first to recognize it. The pain in my left arm and lower back get worse those days and sometimes even my headaches are so awful they make me nauseous. My kids find it hard to understand that the pain is horrible and I can't be out and about like I used to do. They by far have gotten the worse end of the stick because I no longer take them to places I would usually take them or do things we used to do before.
