We will have our GD next Thursday
Got things finalized with ES that we will have GD a week from tomorrow for the day. Of course we are ecstatic about that.
A week from Sunday we are going away for a reunion which is a week in length. My DH stitches were bothering him today so we went to see the surgeon. We have been waiting for the Pathology report. He didn't have it yet. DH was to have stitches removed on the 2nd but have rescheduled until the 11th - day after we return. Surgeon told us that it is most like DH will have to have 2nd surgery probably in the hospital. The cancer was deep into the skin and there were nerves and the corhodid (don't know how to spell that) was dangerously near where he was doing the surgery. Now I am a bit concerned about them doing it a 2nd time and if they will be able to get it all. If anything happens to DH, that leaves me all alone. Only 1 son who is estranged, only brother passed away 4 yrs ago, and both sets of our parents are gone. Please offer up a prayer for us and this situation. All we can do it put it in God's hands but I am human and concerned too.

You and your DH are in my prayers, and have been since I heard. As I told the doctors when we met to discuss surgery for my DH - \"there are good doctors and then there is God.\" Praise God and thank him for what he is about to do to heal your DH.
