We need a house in Scotland fast
Hi There To give you a breif as pos run down of our situation house wise please read the following info. Keep in mind that we have tried all we can to get what we are badly & swiftly needing now . Our Land lord of our present place where we live is any thing but profesional in his duties as a langlord as well as in his conducjck out with that roll. He has Let & is still letting all the properties that he owns & rents out fall apart big style. To give you a brief picture of that. wthere are holes & cracks on walls. Patio doors ar bukiling. de dampness in the air. The house is like living in a big walk in store freezer no matter what heating is on. Its costly to heat let alone any thing else. Draft excluders are no good, Fire alarms m smock detectors caborm binoxide detector for gas leaks does not work When we have a shower or a bath up stairs water leaks down to the kitchen floor below past electric lights ect. The kitchen floor ends up like a swimming pull. Electric wiring ect has not been fitted corectly. The dis washer & oven are not safe to use. The sentral heating system gives of little heat. The radiators leak. We have a Dog a hamster A gerbal & 2 cats. The land lord claims to be an animal lover. Our pets do nopt like him. The cats runn way when he apears. The dog gets all up set & un easy. You may know what they say about animals being good at knowing a good person from a bad ect. Need I say more?. Im looking after an epileptic friend called Mike aged 27 who has many disabilitys including epilepsy. The langlord bulies Mike ect more so. Our lease runs out on 28.3.09 11 days time. The land lord stands a good chance of loosing his right to rent out propertys & hss have them re possessed. Thats not all the storry thier but it should say alot. He is going to sell up soon & has given us a notice to quit. Mike suffers from Epilepsy. Pains in his legs limiting his waliking distance & stansding time. He has some depresion stress anxiety suffers from bereivement some lerning limits. and a few other things I suffer from Stress anxiety panick atacks fobias bereivement some depresion. dislexia limb & musle pains like cramp ect. Posible athritus ect. Some hearing & sight limitasions. some toilet problems . INSOMIA and more. My reason for telling you all of this is to touch hearts in a way thayt helps gets us out of this house fast. The type of houses we like are Semie detaich DetachBungalowsmasonetesCotages With up stairs bed rooms 2 0r moremost all other fixtures & fittings ect even out sideNot too fussed about where Must take folk who are not workingWho Have petsDisablity access wou;ld help but not esencialHelp with moving ect too we do not want to go into Temprty housingA flat if it can be avoideda Bad areaNot too far from all aminties ect The things we are doing over & above the usual are gooing to see folk who own houses & are able to & willing to rent them out to us or come to some kind of agreement. We know that there are houses that lie un wanted ect some still belong to general owners but who & where?. Others are in the hands of the council ect.Somwe my not need much done to them to make them live -able again & if we were given such a place & the help & suport to do whats needed then we would go for it, We dont want places where therrer is a limit on how long you can live there as we have for many reasons out pof our controll had to move 12 time in the last 4 years & its verry daunting & un settling ect. We are licke Travelers traveling people but we go from house to house. This cAN be alowed to go on. another way we have looked at but not sure how it can be done There are fok who for some reason have to give up their own baught house & given the chace would prefer to give iot ower to some one who realy needs it but come to some fair agreement on it. For wexample. Some old folk who maybe have no one left like family ect & are having to concider going into a old folks home but do not want to give up thier home, If it was played corectly they would not have to We dont know of any one who is in that situasion & who would come to some easy agreement with us or folk is simulor needy situasion an abouy thier house being handed or rent to the needy person but there are such folk out there. Finding threm is seamingly next to inposible but given the right help ect it can be done. Or it can be done that our situation is told some how to such folk & then take it from there. TWe dont want folk asking for deposits & ior rent in advance ect. If that is realy needed then again an agreement can be struck. When it comes to houses standing empty or un wanted ect is it not best to have SOME ONE in them ? It benefits all tio do so. It helps with the re housing problwem/ The house is less of a target fro for vandals to wreck it. The botum line of all of this is that we need things We need help a to z. We swiftly need a fixed place to live fast. There are ways that every one can help make that happen even if it be un directly. There are many ways that folk can get the word out to them who can help & to them who have houses to offer for rent or some alternative agreed thing/ PLEASE CAN YOU HELP? If you have a web site.
