we are together here at the monastery
we are together here
imperfect people
imperfect servants of god
and life
gathered in fear, in comradery and love
for each other and a greater master
in the universe who will grant us
safety, wisdom, help and hope.
it's a good crew here
and I am starting to relax
and feel a member of this community.
I see how we gather together
as imperfect servants in the greater
more mainstream world as well.
I am also reminded of the wonderful
community I have here at DS as well.
