was doing alright, now I've got the crazies
but it's important to remind myself that will happen from time to time.
I went for a long walk to the Starbucks and then I folded the laundry at home.
Started to wonder what to do next - and I had a stable view of what I could plan for myself
and then I got the crazies - i've got to make plans even though i've got the crazies and talking
here really helps...I think I am going to skip dinner or just eat a bowl of brown rice with soy sauce..
got to shed the Christmas pounds... I totally ate like a piggis on Christmas - oink. :)
Anyways, I've got this afternoon and night to fill and then I go to yoga in the morning, then to my parents house...then back home and to dinner with cousins I haven't seen in at least 25 years. Wild!
Just wanted to share this. I really like it. https://www.facebook.com/bbcnews/videos/1500165526774549/

Psychopations are bringing me down

When, oh when will I ever learn
Psychopations shouldn't be taken so seriously
Yea, getting the crazies into words and daring to share is, indeed, quite helpful. It helps bring order into the chaos.
Hug!!
