Wanting it to end.
Still struggle with thoughts of self harm--I am so tired of nothing improving. Of course, this month, I won't do anything because this month is Kevin's and Katrina's birthday, and I would never do anything to hurt them again, I hurt them enough in October. My rational brain reminds me of the pain I would cause, but the depression brain just wants the pain to end.
I am working with a therapist now, so hopefully things will get better. My doctor today mentioned bipolarism, so I wonder if that might be the problem, and just treating the depression isn't enough.

You might want to also consider the situation that you are in. Is there a person in your life that you constantly have to answer to on what you do on a day to day basis? Also being moody does not always mean bipolar you could be in a breaking point in your life. Becareful and make sure you keep doing things that make you happy.
I did end up in a crisis relief center for a few days last week. I did not handle things well--a lot of miscommunications and now the whole neighborhood thinks I am a liar and a child abandoner....my 15 year old was safe with friends and family. The relationship with my daughter is really rough, and not being helped by the continual presence of her disrespectful friends who eat our food and think they don\'t have to leave unless my daughter says so. I hate being around that complex. The bright side is that I am starting a volunteer position next week, which will get me out of there. i still don\'t know what to do about my daughter.
