walking down that road
I got a lot done this morning and then sat down in front of the laptop
afraid of making a decision about where to go next...what to do next..
I don't know if this will be helpful to anyone - but it certainly is illuminating
and inspiring to me and so I will write about it....I talked about the other day
of marching to the 'beat of my own drum.'
This morning, I got all the responsibilities out of the way and then realized
at that intersection of the personal and the communal, my own take anew
on that idea of marching to my own drum. I realized I could put music from the internet
to help ease me into creating some artwork - and then I just realized that I could probably
also find my own 'beat' inside. It was the contemplating of the path I was going to take
and make for a while...and I figured I could walk 'down that road' just as well.
Things are good.
sending peace!

Reading your post got me wondering if it would fair to call your notion of finding your own beat inside you, "EFT" (Emotional Freedom Tapping). Psychotic percussionists do ^it^ instinctively while they are using personality as a form of birth control. I've often wondered if percussionists knock something loose in their heads with all that EFT. It's good to keep an open mind, but not so open that your brain falls out.
Anyhoo. . . Mind if I wander down that road with you while you are walking it?
haha thanks Arfie! of course! Let's mosey on down the road! :)
Careful, grasshopper. I be the mosey champ of The Americas. I even took the Andean Mosey championship and those Andinos are some mellow ass mosiers. They tell me that hurrying at those altitudes is dangerous to the health.
Wandering is best done at mosey speeds, especially at high altitudes.
