Waiting on copies of records
OK, so now I'm waiting on the criminal records checks to come back so I can finish my name change.
Tuesday, I'll be seeing the endocrinologist again, and hopefully get on T - FINALLY.
I'm still going to see the gender specialist every two weeks, and working on things - including the lingering anger issues I have from my life before beginning to transition. I've been making progress on several issues, and working out what kind of man I am. I've been sorting out my personal style, my color preferences, simple stuff. Important stuff, though, as it does have an impact on who you are becoming. Yes, I have always been a guy - but had to act as the female I looked like for so long. Now, I get to figure out how to be the guy I am.
I never liked sports, still don't like most. I hate NASCAR,... almost a hanging offense where I live,... but that's all part of who I am.
I'm looking forward to many of the changes from T, a reduction in emotionalism, a lessening of moodiness, and finally having a libido. If my hair falls out, I won't be happy - but I'll live. After all, I've had to shave my face since I was 13, I have enough excess hair to use some of it as transplant material if I need to. LOL I could use an increase in energy levels, and I have been told by others already on T that the "aggression" is mostly sexual... an increase in libido.
So, I'll be on T for the rest of my life. I'll have blood tests done periodically, too. It's all part of becoming who I am.
