my Pop should be here in around half an hour to an hour.
Not much going on. I don't want to watch tv...I'm a little
crazy but I am on a 'least possible' electric usage thing today.
I am on the computer and I am trying to conserve.
I don't use much electricity - but I got a link to the new account services
for the power company and it shows how I use electricity on average.
So, that awareness now that it is, I am trying to conserve..and I bet that in part
is the power company's aim :).
Looking forward to going back to work tomorrow.
I've had some good ideas this weekend...and I'm just kind of lingering
with them this morning after the chores.
I think I might go back to Starbucks and get a refill.
The extra cafffeine might now be the best idea.

Hope you’ve had a good morning. Is your Starbucks still closed in dining room? Most only have outdoor tables available near me. I think of these places as sort of social places to take your laptop or book and sit and chill and get out of the house a bit. I don’t know about you but I get antsy as life picks up again as far as socializing again post-pandemic restrictions.

Don't tell my tree hugger friends, but I have grown downright callous about my electric usage since the advent of my second parenting career. Awareness of the urchins leaving their TVs and lights on 24/7 isn't making it over my busted give-a-damn this time around. I'm actively repressing memories of hounding my now middle aged children not being allowed to have their own TV's, much less their electric usage. They tell me that is **what is wrong with them**.
So far so good on this morning, albeit a bit soggy. Flash flood weather here.
