videos and pictures

One thing i have learned from all this is to take lots of pictures of your loved ones. You can't have too many. Videos too. My wife never like to have her picture taken so I would take them as a surprise and when she wasn't looking. Sometimes she was ok with it but rarely. Im sorry now I didn't take more. Its the only thing we have left of our loved ones once they leave us. I wish I had taken way more videos, as I only can find a few of her. I even called her voice mail at work and recorded her greeting. I'm glad I thought to do that before they erased it. She never had one on her cell phone.
I just started keeping a video diary for my kids and grandkids. I'm talking about my wife and our lives and our love we have for each other. Maybe it will make my passing a little easier for them when it is my time.

So true taking videos and pictures. That and our memories are all we have left. So sorry for your loss.
