Video Vault: Lady Antebellum -- Need You Now
I'm letting one of my friends work with me privately on the scatterbrained thoughts I've been having recently...it may be a day or two before I have another real journal entry for everyone to poke through.
Today I want to share a song that I've gotten hooked on listening to a radio station that plays soft rock in the Boston area. Actually, this isn't a rock band...it happens to be Lady Antebellum, who fall into the country category. A lot of people were surprised when the song featured in this video, Need You Now, won a Grammy Award earlier this year (was it Song of the Year? I forget, I just know that it won a Grammy). After listening to it a couple of times, I can't say I'm surprised much anymore.
This particular video was shot at AOL Sessions studios, where various artists have put on soundstage performances over the years (soundstage shows are essentially in a concert-type setting, but with no audience). The official video is also up on the Youtube if you'd rather see that one instead.
