Variable
My doctor pointed out to me that I was variable. I understood what she meant.
she also said 'but that's not a bad thing... it's not boring and you're animated and you have a lot of ideas.' That was a nice perspective to hear.
I'm back home now after an afternoon helping out my folks. I'm definitely learning to shift gears back to organizing my personal life and time with greater acumen. As for this moment I'm learning not to hold on to the depressing quality of where I just came from out there. I'm "dropping it" and getting on with my day.
I can't wait to see my doctor on Tuesday. She's awesome.
I think tomorrow morning I will for another sunrise hike. Maybe there's a 3rd location I can go to. I wish we had a walking team from DS who could meet and 'gab' and walk and then all go for coffee afterwards. How fun would that be?!:)
have a good night! And a good week ahead!!

That would be so much fun!
Walks in my urban terrain usually end up with new records and things I don’t need. If I had gabbers to gab with I’m sure I’d save a lot of moolah! :)
Haha! Tomorrow I’m going to Old Agoura Park!
In my mind we would all go on a nature walk and then wind up at a coffee house somewhere.
everything in the cosmos is a variable, isn't it? from the solar flares to the pill bugs on alpha centauri. why would i say that like it is a bad thing?
personally, i find chit chat distracting when i walk. if i'm listening to you, how can i listen for all those other variables in the cosmos? i quite solidly believe that angels whisper to those who walk. quit yur yappin, would ya? i'm listening for the angels.
but let me know where the coffee will happen. meet ya there. i'll let ya know what the variables are whispering about today.
Thanks Arfie! Coffee would be great!
