Vacation days
I'm beginning to think my vacation days are cursed -_-
Last time I had a few days off over the Thanksgiving day holiday. I had a terrible mixed episode, a complete psychiatric break the last day of work and ended up in ER and in treatment my entire vacation plus some.
I just started Christmas break and I'm laid up with a broken foot .
Daaaa .....at least I'm mentally ok though... Right?

Oh my. I hope your holiday gets better and that you feel better soon. At least we have a clean slate to start off in 2026!!!
I think my biggest goal for 2026 is to pay off some bills. I’ve been debt free a few times in my life but one of my many issues is excessive everything (including spending….)
a small 2026 goal is to cut down on my sugar intake (already trying to get enough water and walking each day)
How are you getting in exercise while your foot is on the mend??? I’m going to look on YouTube for some chair exercises
