Upper Gi Test and Fleas

I had my Upper Gi test today, not to bad as far as tests go it didn't take very long the chalky drink was kind of awful but I didn't gag so I consider it a win. He said everything looked good no abnormalites or ulcers. I am kind of shocked by the whole no ulcer thing. I thought I had one for sure I had one with some of the pain I've had in my stomach. But it is good I do not. He did say I had some acid reflux which I already knew about. Also I thought I was going to have to cancel my appointment on Wed. because I thought I was starting my period but it turned out I was just spotting? IDK, my period tends to be a mystery to me, as long as everything goes perfectly I have no problems with it, it is when it starts to go wonky that I have issues. But I should start any day now, I am hoping that it waits till after wed because of my appointment. Also I have been kind of all over the map today emotions wise. Been happy about the test, but sad and faustrated because I am still bloated and my stomach feels huge and I think it looks bigger kind of poofy. It could be my imagination but I don't think so. I have also been really really tired, and when my anxiety is this high being tired at all spells certain doom because my anxiety ridden brain sees it as exhaustion because of some unknown illness and it is fatal. I have also had muscle fatigue or weakness in my arms only, which is kind of weird you think it would be all over. Anyway, my brain hates me and has come up with all sorts of horrendous things it could be. I think I remember muscle fatigue from the first time I was this worked up. About a month after my husband and I were married it wasn't the first time I had been anxious but it was the duration of the anxiety that was different, it last over a year and them some. So I am going to go with anxiety for now. When my doctor calls with the test results I am going to try to talk to her about anxiety medication because I am not doing very well and I am also not sleeping well.
My household has been under attack by teeny tiny fleas. We have had my cat for 6 years and only once before has she had fleas and they were taken care of fairly quickly. This time though it is like we have the nuclear winter type of fleas, they seem to be immune to everything we throw at them. We have shampooed the cat several times, put a flea collar on her, sprayed the house with store bought flea spray and used a home remedy suggest by my mother-in-law, and now we are going to fogg our house. Which I am not totally happy about indescrimatinatly spraying poison around the house but something has to be done. My youngest son seems to be a little bit allergic to them he gets red bumps and scratches them. I had to take him to the doctor today to get some cream for the itching while I was there she thought a few of them were infected so now he is on antibiotics for a week. He has sorta of bushy hair and I actually found a flea in his hair for goodness sakes!! Hopefully we will soon be rid of them forever. Well I have rambled enough. I will check in more later.
Praying for a better attitude no matter what my circumstances. :)
