Updatetake

Well this past month was my Dads second anniversary. I must say it was hard again and then this month is Fathers Day. Hope I can get through it again. But since my last post me and Mom found an apartment it's going. I started to take my meds and I had to get them adjusted. I was taking 20 and it made me so worse then before and now I take 10 and it's helping me. Me and Mom went for a drive in the mountains mixed emotions for sure. Made me happy but extremely sad but it's a process right? I haven't cutting but recently I wanted to but I did not. My Mom and my Cousin who are my rocks said that they noticed a good change in me. I'm more brighter and happy and a smartass so must be doing good. They are proud of me for getting help and staying with it and not giving up on my life and the progress I've made. It's really nice for the compliments people say and it makes me happy and makes me look at my life for better if that makes sense. I'm still working on the hunting part that is a hard one. I have my Cousin who is hunting partner now and he's not pushing or anything he says when I'm ready to go he will be there when I say lets go. My Mom she have such a stronger bond then ever before. I'm so grateful that she is with me through every step I'm making. And my cousin. I also started group therapy it's helping but I need to open up more.  I hope everyone is doing the best they can we got this and I'm here to listen or to talk to many prayers and hugs

It is definitely a long process, but it sounds like you're taking a lot of steps in the right direction! I'm glad to hear people are telling you how proud they are, and I'm glad that your relationships in your family are stronger. I'm sure you'll still have some bad days, but two steps forward and one step back is still progress.
Good work! I'm very happy to hear of the good things happening!
