update Tues Jan 23, 2017 8 a.m.

OK this is just an update. didn't journal yesterday, bad mood, cramky. did shower up and i finally got out of thed apt last night for cig'[s and food. It was warmish but i was still freezing of course. b.f. comming out tonight tyo take me3 out to eat. Like i need to eat more. Hope i'm not to crabby with him. withdrawl's and all. He is pretty paitent thank god. I'm going to heat up an apple pie he bought a while bhack. wanted me to cook but i don't even want to or need to in my condition. Think i'm comming out of the haze a little, can't realy tell, still sleep alot. Wish i didn't have to go out tonight but i do need to eat and the chicken is good were we go.SWister comming over this morning and she will have a muffin or a donut for me, yummy. I'm never going to loose these 15 lb's with the donuts and chick and omg the pie. it's portion control i have a prob with.
