update on Ken

Hi my friends,
Ken is home. He came home yesterday afternoon which I thought was awfully quick but the doctor on call wasn't listening,  (another story for another day). The neurosurgeon was excellent,  the ICU & nurses were great too.
He had a contrast MRI before he left the hospital & all of the tumor is gone & there is no swelling.  He has some pain but talking,  walking & eating ok so I am grateful.
Thanks to all of you for all the support.
XOXO Linda ♥

What a relief that there is no more tumour and no swelling! I suspect he was discharged on that basis. With all the antibiotic resistant organisms in hospitals, he is probably better off at home.
Remember to take care of yourself as you care for Ken.
Love and tight hugs,
