Update
Hi All...it's been over 2 weeks since my surgery and I am doing great, looking more "normal" day by day. It was something I wanted to do for a long time. I didn't have a lot of wrinkles but I did have a lot of loose skin and turkey gobble neck that is both genetic, and stress-induced, I think. Recovery is slow and requires a lot of patience.
I wonder, though, if, in a way, I am trying to buy happiness the way I did with Cassi. On the other hand, I feel like if I will never get to be a grandmother then I want to put off the grandmother look...how I wish it could be the other way around.
Has anyone seen the commercial with several people singing parts of "Nothing Compares 2 U"? Gosh, it gets to me...it's such a heart-wrenching song anyway...so when the love of your life is gone, well, it's worse than "The Arms of An Angel" by Sarah McClaclain.
"It's been so lonely without you here..."
