Update,
My brother and I were awarded conervatorship over her well being, not her finances.
I am not feeling very stressed right now, but I am worried about what is to become ov my sister. My brother stil bothers me but it is the normal kind not the more stressful type of bother.
My sister is not doing well, and is getting worse. She is able to talk, and eat, and is mobile, which is better, and miraculously she no longer needs to be on oxygen. It is not her physical health that is getting worse, but her mental. She is still responsive, and knows who we are, but not very conversational, and she doesn't seem to care at all about her own being, doens't care if she spills onherself or pees or popps in her diaper. She is selfish and demanding, even pushy. She doesn't seem to have any interests like she used to; no TV, or games, or dolls, or movies like before. She also doens't seem to have much of a short term memory.
I only visit her a few times a week now, but it isn't much of a visit. She doesn't talk to me only tells me to push her wheelchair here then there then back again. My brother visits her two times a day and sometimes more. I do not understand this as it ony disrupts any ability for her to get acclimated to where she is, and get used to it. I do not thin our visits are doing her much good, tho I think she wants to see us but she isn't really visiting, just demanding things of us. She doesn't seem to miss us when we aren't there or remember when we visited last. or wil next. I have nto beentold that she has been asking for me or anythign like that. The ony time she asks me to come is when my brother calls me when he is there visiting, and wants to try and distract her from whatever she is going on about with him. BUt then he doesn't let me talk to her without interrupting me if I say something he doesn't like, and wil put a guild trip on me for not visiting as much.
I have taken her to Church on two Sundays, but this last one she wans't acting in a way where I would do that so I didn't. I will try again next Sunday. F she is acting properly, I think it is good to get her away from the place she is for a short time and also see others that she may recognise and remember.
We stil need to get her to a docter about her cataracts. I believe if we cna get those fixed it wil make the wrold open up to her and she might find interest inthings again.
We need to either find the right people to care for her in her own home or a group home where they can do it. They will have to be people that can put up with and control her physicality, and not do anything to harm her.
I am fine either way, back home or a group home, as long as they treat her right and she can find whatever happiness she can.

I think getting out into the fresh air is important and taking her to church is a good thing, too.
