There is someone out there for me. There are many people out there who can help me navigate my way through the obstacle course of social interactions to find that person.

GOD definetely has a plan for your life. Sometimes he holds things back from us until he believes we are ready
to handle it. I think it is VERY admirable that you have waited this long to become intimate with a female. It shows the depth of your character, and your true committment to GOD.
