Untethered but keeping a focus
Went to work this morning. Got a lot done and kind of unwound in the process. What does that mean you might ask? I had more thoughts than I knew what to do with and just had to shake it off and just move along. I know we all gotta do that at some point and the respect I have for those effective committed workers grows. I got into my car to come home, showered and dressed and now I am at the car wash. I found myself thinking about form and meaning (Stupid and random maybe) and as I transitioned from work to home to chores I found the possibilities for today's answer for my walk in life ungraspable and at first and then I thought no matter how I'm feeling, to just keep my mind focused on something. Like at work. Ocuppied. I may want the validation for knowing that what I am doing with my day to be 'on target and right' and wise but I just thought to just keep a focus. My Dad mentioned that to me before and it's really wise stuff. I realize my scribbles can be kind of cryptic and random but so now you know how splintered and chaotic my insides can be in response to it. we all gotta find our way. Gotta go

Idle hands really are the devil's workshop inside my own skin. Keeping my hands busy doesn't really keep my devils away, but at least it keeps them from controlling my actions. I ain't got time to listen to you, Motormouth.
haha - keep strong arfie! I found that just gabbing about my stuff here helped me 'reclaim' my day. I'll probably go for a walk later. Peace!
Big hug for you Marky..... I hear ya re overthinking things... I can get lost in that at times as well and I'm up all night.... I'm glad that you were able to reclaim your day..... xo
