Understanding
I find myself challenged today but not stopped. I have these issues and I also have something I need to do. I think of how I have seen a tiny sapling growing out of a crack in the cement. The little plant which will grow into a tree doesn’t have the best or optimum circumstances for success but it finds a way with what it’s got. To create as much or as best it can. That’s how I am thinking right now. I may have a challenging mental issue but I can still create what I have got to create even so, the whole picture might be curious, strange or daunting but still carry on and “do.” Just like that little tree in the crack of the cement. Nature finds a way, you are nature.

"Nature finds a way, you are nature".... you will become a tree.. keep going - as a tree coming out of a crack in the cement - it's own set of circumstances and challenges - the tree will have it's own shape and character but you will ultimately be a tree- keep lifting, keep growing. keep doing.
