Under water
I am feeling like I am underwater tonight dealing with a lot of subjectivity and in realizing it and also recognizing that I've got to handle it. The metaphor of drowning is something a therapist one said to me about my experience the way I was expressing myself and I can see now what she meant but tonight I'm realizing that I've got to handle it if I were to reach out to my therapist what would she say or do that would help? I just need to write about it and I will go to sleep now, good night everybody!

Hm-m-m-m. . . With as much as I love water, that sounds quite pleasant, though not so much the drowning part. I love water so much that I can't quite conceptualize drowning, but I don't imagine it is as pleasant as floating free in a tree shrouded swimming hole. In my case, drowning might include a profound sense of betrayal by a near and dear friend.
I'm just brain farting here, but I wonder if swimming lessons or some such would give you a cognitive link to meditations for coping with the quirk. Just a brain fart. Ply gas mask if needed.
