under do it out there.........that's an order!
Hi,
Today and yesterday I've had short, but miserable bouts of sweating. I don't know if it is fever related, it does not feel like leftover hot flashes. Usually a person sweats when they up their activity level. I have been in a non-physical stupor so that can't be the culprit.
This could be a mini or a mighty crash. Feel wonkier than yesterday.
Earlier I tried to rise and I couldn't quite get up. I sat at the edge of the bed, kitties kept me company. I don't know how long it took to come back to myself.....Annie is so patient waiting to be loved on and cooed over. Rio was taking a break on my slippers. I've never had a kitty that liked slippers to play with and sleep on like Rio.
I finally made it to the standing position and then said nuh uh. remember that song I'm so dizzy, my head is spinning.....like a whirlpool it never ends.........and it's you girl making it spin. that covers it.
so i laid back down......it took another two hours to move to the living room and then i realized i had not taken any meds yet. two rooms and 4 pill bottles away. i can't find my daily pill bottle thingy. i did find my pumice bar in with the soup spoons today. wow. nice. great. sigh. i did take meds finally.
guess what was next to the kitty food? a container of bread crumbs. why? hard to say. it must have been recently, but it's a mystery.
was i trying to leave myself some kind of trail through the forest that is home?
i was looking for easy bake recipes for some meat that needs to be cooked. they all had too many words to sort through. bailed right out of that plane. got soup, got a pan, covered the meat. slid it in, no worries. if i don't like it neighborhood swamp monsters will. just toss it out the back jack, make a new plan stan.......that's right music can guide you or explain just about anything.
in other thoughts......i saw a movie a little while ago. it was an italian ny burrough seen through the eyes of a boy growing up. his dad is a solid loving city bus driver played by robert de niro and his idol is the neighborhood mafia wise guy Chazz Palminteri.
the boy has a big crush on this girl.
the boy asks his dad about girls, how to tell if she is the one and dad gives a vague answer.
he also asks the wises guy and tough guy says:
when you pick her up for a date, get out of the car and lock both doors. when you help her in, unlock her door and assist her. when you come around to your side see if she has unlocked the door for you. if she does great --- fantastic. if not, she's a selfish girl, dump her, she is not for you. badda bing badda boom. simple instructions right?
when he finally goes on this date, he follows wise guys advice, he sees her unlocking the door for him. the boy leaps and fist pumps the air...........he is over the moon happy.
don't know why i'm sharing that other than the fact that it made me smile. reminds me of guys saying that you can get instructions for everything in life from the godfather movies. from what to pack to how to handle situations. no clue what this film is called, sorry, might find it in a brain file later.......
gonna resist the urge to list physical complaints any further and let a program on tv calgon me away.........................rest easy. under do it out there and be safe.
from a former overachiever wound up type A persona.....you heard me right, under do it.
p.s. found it, titled "A Bronx Tale."

Food can cause sweating especially if you eat a lot of heat producing food without eating vegetables that are cooling
You may have a fever. Thought I\'d mention the food thing because that cured my non hormone related hot flashes.
Are you hypoglycemic.?That can cause sweats and hot flashes.
food and hot flashes

The sweating thing is weird. I hope you feel better and it passes and you are back to your normal self. : ) I checked out her link for food and smiled when I saw it was Traditional Chinese Medicine ... that\'s what i followed when I worked on changing my diet too. The more I follow it, the better I feel, but I can\'t be as perfect about it as some people can. Maybe if I had more energy ...
I think it\'s funny that you are I are both reformed Type As. I hear you. Underdoing it right now. Yes ma\'am. Hope you are too! love ya.

well the only thing i had to eat was some oatmeal around mid-day. a serving fwith some milk/brown sugar. the sweating came hours later. can\'t remember what i ate yesterday..........sad, true, messed up. wait, i remember heating up some soup, but the smell was offputting......not inviting.......so i stuck it back in the frig and later ate an egg salad san on 12 grain bread.
thanks for the link, info etc, appreciated..............bowing my humble gratitude.
There are so many possible reasons why you experienced what you did. A virus or gastritis could be answers or when you get real tired it is possible to have stomach issues. There is not enough energy to digest food. If you ate these foods before and never had this reaction it could be those reasons.
Food has energy and other qualities that effect our health in both good and bad ways and certain foods are more in harmony with certain systems and body types. Then you add emotions, weather etc and diet needs to be modified.
I find TCM and Ayurveda two systems that help people understand who they are and how to help themselves.
