well, its Sunday again. Did aa lot this week, so kind of tired today. Going to learn to make smoothies next time social worker comes over. That will be nice. Not so anxious since the inspection is over I go threw this. every year,and it always turns out fine. That is my anxiety showing threw.its going to be 80 plus degrees today.it. ghets hot up here very quickly. Trying not to use a/c but can't seem to get cool up here. OK need to go take mymeds now, will go to some groups a little later. Hugs

Yes I think I will like a smootyhie in the morning. Then maybe I can get my. Fruit that way, not eating so. Good right now. I am getting better w/the touch. But. It still takes me a long time but not so many mistakes as I used to. Yay those inspections freak me out but it is an excuse to make me clean my place. Going to make spaghetti again tonight,yuck.
