Ultrasound: Baby good, no answers to bleeding

Obviously the important thing is that the baby is doing great!  HR of 168 and moving all around.  The mystery is still WHERE is the bleeding coming from?  They are unsure right now.  The main concern is that my placenta did attach RIGHT behind my cervix and since I'm cramping like crazy the doc urged me to stay down.  EXCEPT I have 3 hrs at Maternal Fetal Medicine tomorrow!!!  Eeek.  Maybe they will let me rest on one of their comfy rock hard torture beds from Hades?  OH, what a glorious treat that would be...!  LOL
Thank you all for your prayers!  I truly believe it was those prayers that have helped me to feel a sense of peace, even though this is an unsettling experience, with rather traumatic timing for me.  (Since this is exactly when we lost Matthew)  My doc said the major risk right now is my uterine irritation knocking the placenta loose, or expelling parts.  She said if I move around too much it can also lead to spasms that would really be detrimental, so I suggested changing my appt tomorrow, but she said to keep it because of the limited window for the genetic screen.  I am to lay down on the way and lay down there...we'll see how that works out.  I do lay down in the car...but at a doc's office you WAIT and WAIT and wait.
The biggest concern today was making sure our little one is ok...now we just need to keep him/her in there.  :-)
Thank you again and God bless you all!!!!

I am so glad that everything is okay!!! Someone is going with you to your appt, right? You could get them to wait and you stay lying down in the car until they call you in.... the person waiting with you/for you could just tell them one second, I gotta get her from the car! ??? just a suggestion...
I hope all goes well at your appt.
Keep us posted!

Hooray! So glad to hear that so far everything is okay. Hoping and praying all goes well tomorrow. Perhaps having your doctor call ahead that you are coming and need to lay down would help. Don\'t they have stat appointments? Wishful thinking I am afraid. Sending positive thought and prayers and lots of big hugs. Xo :)
