Ugh...again

Dear DS diary,
I'm having a very difficult time coming up with new things to say because not much has changed recently.  I'm having a lot of problems sorting things out in my head. :(
This past week was not much different last week.  I had another stress-out episode, although this one was not so severe.  I took a walk on my day off (Thursday), when the conditions outside were miles better than they are today...and it was like my stamina collapsed from right under my feet when I plopped myself in a chair to do neck stretches afterward.  And that was it for me.  I was out like a light for the next hour and a half.
I guess the short-and-sweet way to put it is that I'm still feeling overwhelmed.  I wish I had destressors.  But I can't even think of those without past addiction issues coming up, a problem that I wasn't able to work through with my therapist.  I still don't really have any answers for it. :(
There really isn't much else to say.  I need a hug...(sniff)...

here\'s a thought go to the dollar store and buy a kids paint by numbers set or a coloring book and crayons.or some little toy to build
Do something creative (even if you are not creative it will help and you will be surprised at the boost it gives you.

Especially if you are not good at that stuff it will make you feel like you just created something magical, Its a good safe positive outlet.
