Two weeks already
A lot has happened in the past 2 weeks since Tommy passed. We've had the viewing, the funeral, now I'm waiting for his remains to be ready. Still crying everyday, but I seem to be able to control it a bit better. I've been panicking tonight...panicking because he's gone...going over and over things in my mind...I know this won't help, but I can't help it...I feel like I'm verging on a nervous breakdown or something. Throughout the day, I've gone from despair, to calm, to nothing, to sad, to angry, to calm, to panicked, back to despair...and now, just profoundly sad. I think I've cried more in the past month than I have in my entire life.

You are grieving . . . not having a nervous breakdown. (although it feels like it) You might want to consider meds along with grief counseling? I am thinking of you. Hugs, Dayna
I\'m going to contact the local hospice society after the Easter weekend. Hopefully, I can get the help I need to move forward in some capacity. At the moment, I still feel as though I \'can\'t live without him\', and that\'s not going to help me or my son get through this horrible time.
