Twenty Six Weeks - 6 months

It has now been six months since being diagnosed and starting Azilect. I have never had side effects from the Azilect.
My symptoms are gradually building up. I can no longer quiet my right hand tremors completely. My right foot pulses and my muscles get very tired from the constant workout.
I have given up trying to ride the recumbent tandem bicycle. I can no longer maintain a straight track and we have become fearful riding in traffic. Today I transferred the pedals and computer back to the 1999 vintage Comotion tandem, "The Purple People Eater." We rode four miles by doing laps around the Elks parking lot. Every couple laps we would stop and adjust the fit. I seem to be able to balance well enough to ride a good straight track. The upright tandem is more forgiving to balance problems, you have a high center of gravity. The recumbent is quicker in its reaction because of the lower center of gravity.
There may be a hidden benefit here. The upright requires more strength in the arms and shoulders. Perhaps this exercise will help my arms.
Update: bloodwork shows Vit D3 at 31 ng/ml at my checkup in September 2011. I have increased dosage to 2000 units.
