turning the frown upside down :)

it is so weird. I have the whole day to do what I want with it

and I woke up in the morning and felt such sorrow and lethargy or hesitance.

I tried to pep talk myself and step outside the thought - to embrace that I have the whole

day  - and I pushed forward to do

what I needed to do and appreciate the day but something in me is struggling

with this. I tried to be positive with the people at the shops and for some reason

it just brought me down. Part of me wants to not go out - but another part of me

is shaking it off and believes in my friends and family. It's just what it is!

I went for coffee Jan :) . At first I told myself I didn't need it - but then I thought to just do something special for myself.
I get weird vibes from the baristas...I try and just shrug it off.. but the coffee was good. Now I am here at the apartment
got CNN on the tv. Thanks for being there!

Some days standing on my head is the closest I can get to a smile. Why ask why? Sadness is part of the human experience.

Yea, coffemakers are less vibey than baristas, but the couches are comfy at the coffee shops I like for breaking my isolation.

The barista was probably just in a weird mood themselves and didn't realize they were projecting it onto others. That's what I like to think, anyway, when I get a strange vibe from someone like that. Hope you are feeling better now.
