trying to stay balanced

it's weird, i am totally noticing that in my 'down time' when i don't have activity

i tend to think about hurtful things or like let a thought fester into a paranoia or anxiousness

or conversely i can also go into judgmental mode - and there's like a grandiosness

i have to mitigate this - and i am  -

i have been more aware of what I am thinking lately - and i have been questioning it.

i am trying to sleep now - and it's like i can't shut off - i need, like I do every night really,

to re-introduce calmness and breathing excercises to transition to sleep.

ah well.

work in the morning - gotta get my zzzs

I want to engender positivity and rationality - sure certain things will bug us -

and everyone has to deal with upsetting thoughts at times - just leave it alone.

It can be hard to shut down at night. I find that if I read a little bit before I go to bed it helps me wind down and relax and I'm able to fall asleep much faster without all the thinking going on.
