Trying to find courage
I'm constantly in the Infidelity discussion group, reading others problems, and giving my opinion. In turn its giving me courage back to stay strong and brave. When I'm telling others to stay strong I'm not crying then. I'm trying to do this more. Trying to find out the peace within me through others. I should probably keep a separate diary too.

I ve been through infidelity at least twice. My husband of 11 years. Then I met a man who I loved very much and he also had an affair.
All I can tell you is that it really hurts and I don\'t think you are never the same after the first time, but life goes on. Once you come to terms with what has happened you can make a good decision about what to do next.
Relationships are hard to handle as you get older. If you and your man have a real connection nothing will tear you apart, not even this. Heal, rest, take care of yourself, if you have kids, don\'t let your attention escape them.
All will be well... Fucking around is not the worst thing someone can do to you.
You are alive, you are healthy, you are smart and everything will be ok.
