trying to calm down

I decided to write maybe it will calm me down.  After what happened with my husband today, i think he is suicidal but not admitting it.  The last time I was going to take him to the ER and tell his Dr, but he wouldn't let me back there and said he would deny it.  I don't know what to do, I'm feeling unstable myself.  Maybe I will try to call salvation army and try out the state therapy again that works on a sliding scale but i had awful time of it before.
