Triggers - it is funny what can make you cry

Triggers:  it is funny what can make you cry.  I was watching Regis & Kelly.  They played the Sonny & Cher song "I Got You Babe" and it reminded me of Smokey.  I just started to bawl my head off so to speak.  I don't cry all the time now, my soul feels full of sorrow but something will set me off to cry like the Sonny & Cher song.  Even if you stop crying all the time something will remind you of your lost loved one like for me it is my husband Smokey.  You don't have to be thinking about your love one but something will remind you of them and your loss, you will cry.  It is funny how all this works.  I just call them triggers.  The reason triggers is like a gun.  You pull the trigger and fire, the gun goes off.  Like for example a song is the trigger, reminds you of your loved one, it shoots out into your soul and then you cry.  It doesn't have to be a song.  It could be anything.
