Tried on a size 7...
It's been a week since my epidural shot and it has done absolutly NOTHING, in fact, my pain is worse! I don't think that the epidural has anything to do with that, it may be from the Lupron starting the leave my body. I talked with my PD's RN today about how this isn't working and she kind of "scoffed" and asked, "Not even a little bit?" That put me off. I realize that once I received the shot it seemed like I felt better but there was alot of adrenaline pumping through my body and that can most certainly kill pain for a short period of time. I now have moved up a couple of notches in pain level and it is right when I get up in the morning and through the restless night of sleep. I have now started taking pain Rx before I go to bed! I have a follow up appoinment with my PD's partner on 12/01, I'm hoping he can do something for me. My GP told me I may need to make a hard decision about a hysterectomy. THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I AM JUMPING INTO THAT!!! I know in my heart there is something else going on here, I just need to find out what it is!! To top it all off, I went shopping for a pair of jeans that I desperatly need. ( Since I lost so much weight with out trying ) I thought for sure I only went down to a size 9, but to my surprise, I need at least a size 7!!! I haven't needed a size 7 since I was in my EARLY 20s maybe even my teens! I almost lost it in the fitting room! And size 7 is ALMOST TOO BIG!! I thought the Lupron was making me loose my appetite, now I think it's the anti-depressant! I just need to keep up before I spiral out of control! I've started with the meal replacement shakes again and when I do eat ( every night ) I make it a high calorie meal. It's hard to eat healthy this way, I don't know how. I eat ALOT of peanut butter!

Oh wow honey, sorry that shot didn\'t work for you! Size 7 is tiny and yes, while it\'s nice to be able to eat anything you want, you still want to eat healthy to avoid flares. Can\'t win sometimes...but you always do with friends honey bunny - support-wise at least. 12/01 is a long time to wait to see the Dr, I would freak! I see the dr at least every 6 wks. But I am a weirdo. LOL I hope you can start getting some good sleep in there at least once in a while. And I wonder now that the Fall weather is creeping in, if allergies might play into it...do you take benadryl at all? Might help with sleep too. Love ya and warm hugs Stephanie. I will pray that your boo boos feel better too!
iam sorry i offended you. i was just trying to be funny. i know your not a nazi. because i read about you befo9re i did it.
