trick or treat
Only one more day for the kiddies to celebrate Halloween. I better get out and get my treats!! We are only doing the treat thing until about 6:30 because we are going to a hockey game with two other couples. That’s okay because by that time all the little ones have come and gone and the teens start. I did get the boys i tend their treats. Last year i did them up a huge Halloween garbage can filled with odds and ends. This year i got them a wal mart Halloween gift certificate. They can get what they like. My energy level is low right now and i have a sore throat. I don’t think i have a cold/flu i think it is from the paint fumes. I will not be rushing out to get the h1n1 vaccine!!! I have been working slow but steady on getting my dressing room back together. Right now i am at the stage of redoing the decorations i.e. Spray painting, new flower arrangements and such. I wanted to spray paint my necklace hangers but alas they are plastic and i cannot find the right color of spray paint that will work on plastic. So i will just have to make do for now. Hubby has brought home 8 large rocks. One of them is so large the forklift could barely handle it. I mentioned before that the gravel companies charge $150/rock plus 13% tax. That would be a grand total OF $1356.00.....FOR ROCK. I DON’T THINK SO!!! ANYWAY THIS IS PRETTY MUCH IT FOR TODAY. I NEED TO GET SOMETHINGS FINISHED TODAY AS I WANT TO WORK OUTSIDE TOMORROW.BE WELL. I enjoyed looking at the pix of your dressing room, you are so organized and such a \"girly\" girl...I enjoy looking at things like that but it is just not me...but somehow my three girls all had that girly girl gene, have no idea where they got it but it sure wasn\'t me.
I can\'t believe Halloween is already here, and we still don\'t have snow...it\'s been lovely and I\'m so damn glad that rain has stopped. Since it is sunny I\'ve been working on getting my housework done before the sun is up high enough to run the solar panels so I can have guilt free web surfing the rest of the day until it\'s time to fix dinner.
You are so lucky on the rocks. That is so cool and they are going to look really great. I see you posted pics, I hope the rocks are one of them. I am going to check them out. We don\'t get any treat or treaters we live to far out. That is why I quit decorating, no one saw it but me. I fill 3-4 of those orange pumpkin head garbage bags with leaves and that is it. I do some fall decor, straw, gourds, indian corn etc on my table that is on the proch. I grew my own indian corn. Raked and filled 32 leaf and lawn bags full of leaves today for garden mulch. Let me tell you everything is sore. I put an icy-hot patch on my upper spine because I knew it would be sore and forgot about it and it was on 24 hours instead of 8. Didn\'t feel a thing till I took it off. I have a square red welt about 5x8 and does it burn. Probably from tearing it off. DAH...Ok have to go look at your pics. Feel better. Naomi xo
