transition to home time

work was looney today. I broke my cheap drugstore readers and so

had to finegal one hand on my face while typing and doing things with my other hand.

LOL - after a while I rigged the 'monocle' into my facemask ear loop and was able to use

two hands while balancing half a set of glasses on my face! haha - my friend Benito said "Throw that away it's embarassing!" haha I had no

choice and I am a willing and game eccentric! :)

I am just relaxing now..getting ready to take a shower and spruce up the place ie:

dishes, bedmaking, Blue's toilette :)

Things are good but I definitely need to rest and regroup after the long morning...

and that's a truly welcome and sweet thing to do.

I've definitely come to realize some things about truth lately.

That we're all coming at things from each of our vantages/perspectives

and delivering our truths to each other. There may be a visceral expression of it

and I noticed that in me today after expressing it.

A couple of past therapists wanted me to fight and I definitely realize now where they were

coming from.

In fact that outward 'expression of self' manifests when I drive home sometimes when unchecked as an inward assault

at times but I am recognizing the need to keep up being called outward by life...

appreciating the world and space around me and also feeling the sweetness of the permission to feel laziness

after a long hard day's work. Embracing those good feelings and heading to the shower soon.
I love this place!

:) xx

the habit of judging emotions on the dualistic measures of either/or, good/bad, positive/negative, etc. limits perspective mightily. appreciate the shades between the extremes. sometimes getting pissed is the right thing to do and expressing your anger without due process of law can save quite a few innocent bystanders. it's okay to experience the full spectrum of human emotion which god gave us for good reason.

speaking of appreciating the shades between the extremes, have you pulled the art supplies out of the closet yet?

I don't know if I told you but I signed up for an art class that starts on October 5.
So I have been getting and gathering my supplies! xo
