Transfer Day
Can't believe it is here again so soon. Am going into this one with mixed emotions.. Am going to try and be super positive and thankful that it worked once.
This will be a great experiment in human psychology...me trying to remain positive for 10 whole days!
I think I would have felt a little better about things if I had have been able to go to the gy this morning but alas, I had one sick baby overnight and I have a raw throat and itchy ears..thought it best to have today off and head back tomorrow. I can always ask the trainer what they did in today's class and replicate it tomorrow. I am only just back doing anything associated with upper body so press ups thrusters etc and my lifting weights are extremely light as I have visions of ripping open the stitches in my back : (
I guess now though, post transfer, I will also have to be a little bit more careful...I remember last time when I had the successful cycle, we were away on holiday in Malaysia for the two week wait. So we basically played tennis every day for exercise..I went to the gym a few times but only did relatively light stuff. This time around I think I will do a bit more exercise (as it keeps me sane!) cos it makes me feel a little more in control of this enormous waistline.
I don;t know what we will do if this cycle doesn't work. Should we continue? Or should we just count our blessing that we have one beautiful baby out of the process? If all goes to plan, we will still have one more embryo left. I am tempted to just jump straight back into that cycle before having a break. Will see.
Right, I had better start drinking some water for the transfer...wish me luck...

This post def sounds more positive than yesterday\'s! (I just read them both now). You are headed in the right direction! It\'s not easy staying positive. Does it really help your results? Most likely no, but it feels way better to be positive than negative. Let\'s face it. Getting a bfn feels like shit whether we believe it will be negative or not. I don\'t think there is a such thing as \"not trying to get your hopes up\". Our hopes are up at the start of most cycles. If we didn\'t have hope we wouldn\'t be here continuing to try. Might as well keep the hope alive until our betas say otherwise! Good luck tomorrow! Xoxo
