towing the line at home and fatigue after work

I have really noticed for myself that I become very fatigued after a while working

either driving for my parents or working at the market (and this happens after only a few hours).

I think fatigue has a major roll in my own mental health challenges.

I am naturally probably very spontaneous, but I try to focus and I know it also takes all of the energy

I can muster to keep things clear and framed for myself in a kind of perspective

that helps me interact peaceably and responsibly with others and myself..

When I start to fatigue after a few hours - then the mind starts to go all mushy - all those side

effect of my challenges that I've discussed here

and with that I lose a lot of my effectiveness. So, as a result I know I need rest..

I also know that part of my independent life is about me 'towing the line' in my life.

Doing the responsible things to take care myself - and also - that can mean - just the very

basics of keeping myself occupied, entertained, as well as the practicals.

I thought I would write about it here - just to talk about it...

Maybe someone will see something of their own experience too?

It’s good to get fatigued from work I think. The way I look at it anyway. I have such a different line of work from what I did for the past 25 years so I’m still adjusting.

Today is national napping day. Do you ever take naps? Sometimes I think I’d like to live in countries where Siestas are a REAL thing.

Sleep is the biggest part of managing my illness. Fatigue is a positive thing, in my mind anyway.

Fatigue for me means I'm dehydrated. When I eat food that has liquid in it, or sip a drink, it raises the energy level up fast.

Here's to finding what works for you to find the balance in work fatigue and positive focusing.

Big hug Marky.... I think a lot of people feel tired after working .... I'm not sure what meds you're on sweetie but a lot of our meds tire us as well so work and meds can for sure equal needing a nap
