took meds and the kava kava. tastes bad

well, i just took my xanex only 2 and a half. also took the kava kava and pashion flower. i think the herbs are helping. i accually will maybe still have xanex till end of month  for a change. yay. going to get the herbal menapause stuff next month. son went out to drink of course. he will be broke in no time. oh well i have to let it go somehow. ok, thats it for tonight. going to start watching the lost again. i have the whole thimg. boy im so boaring. b.f. gave me his old dvd player, so i gave the shity one to son. he will try to fix it. ok, have to go eat. wil get back on maybe later if i can. ok, by for now.........
