Took Gray to the county fair on Saturday...
Grandma has his virus now. I was so sick Sunday I could hardly think. It is getting better, albeit slow. I have a funny (at least to me) Gray story to make every one smile.
Like I said, Gray has this virus, too. He's been coughing many nights and the past two nights has woke up screaming, causing mom and dad to worry that something more is wrong.
Last night, Nicole woke up in the night and had to rush to the bathroom to do what some first trimester preggers do. She grabbed the baby monitor on the way because she figured she would be in there a while waiting for the nausea to settle.
Suddenly Gray started screaming blood curdling screams and Nicole got sick when she tried to get to him. She heard her husband get up (a rarity) and go into the room and pick him up. Gray continued screaming at the top of his lungs. She could hear Bo over the monitor trying to soothe the baby and she heard him plead, "If I only knew what was wrong Grayson, Daddy would help you."
Abruptly the crying stopped and after a very short pause Grayson said, "Fee Guck," which translated from 16 month old Gray speak means "Feet stuck."
Sure enough, because it has been cooler the last few nights, Nicole has been putting footy pajamas on the little guy. Apparently, Grayson does not like his "fee guck."
I think Gray had a V-8 moment, too. I don't think he realized that mom and dad did not know automatically what was wrong with him. LOL.
11 days until the ultrasound. I can hardly wait to see the new little buddy.

At first I thought he was saying \"feel yuck\". Now I really understand. I don\'t care how cold my feet might feel, I wouldn\'t want to go to sleep with socks on!!
Grayson obviously is with you. Apparently it is so important to him that he will scream at the top of his lungs. LOL. I told her to cut the feet out of his jammies.
Sorry you guys have the bug. I hope you all get better soon.
Hope you all feel better very soon x
