Tomorrow

tomorrow I go to the pdoc. Well actually I'll be seeing a nurse who will consult with the pdoc. It's ok, I really like her. And I have to figure out what to say, like how I was doing better for a few weeks, how the Abilify works ok, my irritability was less. but in this past week I've been very depressed, thoughts of suicide. I know I have to tell her this, but I don't want to discontinue the Abilify. I don't know what I'm going to say, guess I'll see when I get there.
